A collective voice for literature and languages in Scotland

LAS is the collective voice for Scotland’s literature and languages and is committed to advancing their interests at home and abroad.

We advocate on behalf of LAS members and the literature and languages sector, representing their interests to key policymakers, including Scottish Government, Local Authorities and Creative Scotland.

See the Campaigns page for more information on our previous and ongoing advocacy work.
