Moniack Mhor

Time to write

Moniack Mhor is Scotland’s Creative Writing Centre, running open residential creative writing courses and partnership courses throughout the year, for adults and young people at all stages of a writing career. Tuition is by established writers, and retreats and residencies are also offered, along with one-off events. The centre runs a bursary scheme to widen access to courses. High on a hill close to Loch Ness, the centre is an inspirational, inclusive and nurturing setting for writers to spend an intensive period of time focussing on their work.
