There are two options for eligibility related to advances given – please confirm below. If you are selected for a bursary, we may ask for a letter from your publisher or literary agent confirming the level of your advance.

These bursaries are open to works-in-progress that are already under contract with a UK publisher and have received an advance against royalties of more than £500 but less than £20,000.
