The Festival exists to strengthen the civic life of Govanhill through joy, solidarity and collective imagination. Rooted in our neighbourhood’s anti-racist organising and the long struggle to save the Baths, it creates a shared world where neighbours can meet, speak, exchange perspectives, celebrate and build trust.
